At Simba we have 2 powder coating lines to help with any of your project needs.
Line 1: Fully Automatic conveyor powder coating line it can handle up to 10feet long parts.
4 Stage Washer : Iron Phosphate, Rinse, Rinse, Sealer
Fully automatic powder booth to provide consistency, speed and accuracy.
Line 2: Semi-Automatic conveyor batch system. This line can handle parts 20 feet long by 7 feet wide by 7 feet high.
We have two shipping docks to have trucks loaded and unloaded with no waiting.
Have a trailer? park it at one of our docks while we work on the parts.
Through our partners and suppliers we can service all your needs, from sandblasting to chemical stripping, to custom paint orders and color matches.
We work with all the major Powder suppliers, Sherwin Williams, Tiger Drylac, Prism Powder, Fam Powder.
We can even match custom colors, please bring your color samples in so our lab can review them to find a suitable match
Our shop has the capacity to provide very light buffing and cleaning prior to placing the parts on the line.
We also offer light assembly and packaging for direct shipment to the end customer. This includes shipping overseas or local, we package the parts to prevent any damage.
